Mobile Platform: additional capabilities / functionality
- Need to be able to see everyone’s calendar, not just our own
- Need to be able to see outside of our assigned orders
- Need the ability to see things that we are listed as a contact on in addition to just bookings
- As part of the 3 items above, we will also need to be able to sort orders/projects/calendar like we do in the web platform and carry over our saved searches to the mobile app
- Want to be able to create new projects/orders in the mobile app
- Want to be able to schedule/swap bookings on those projects/orders in the mobile app
- Want to be able to change statuses for projects/orders and as part of that approve time away in our current work around system of time off orders
- Want to be able to send email messages to the crew on a particular project/order from the mobile app like we can from the web platform
- Want to have access to the asset center as well as the check in check out function
- Want to be able to upload documents like XML/Docx/text/tsv attachment (timecode+ app for shoot notes)/other formats on mobile (shoot notes). Currently only pictures are available
- Want to be able to communicate back and forth with quick chat type communications about a particular project/order
