Reoccurrence "Yearly" Function for Cloning

Ability to Clone based on a Yearly date using Reoccurrence. Use case would be for Company Holidays, Scheduled Maintenance, etc.

Thanks for the great suggestion Chris Branson. It makes sense to add that functionality for recurring dates like company and public holidays. We'll be sure to pass on your suggestion to the product team to add to their next product discussion. I'll update this post when I have any feedback.
