Filling Assets from Cloned Orders

We clone out certain orders daily / weekly. I am able to fill an asset if it is attached to the first order in a clone sequence. I am unable to fill this asset across cloned orders.
Q: How can we fill multiple cloned orders that use the same equipment/barcodes? Do we have this ability?
