This new feature gives the user an option to disable the the roll-up of actuals from child orders into parent orders.
Enhanced Rollup and Conflict Alert Features in the Order Class
Some users want to have the ability to block items from rolling up to a parent order e.g. an assignment on a sub-order, which if rolled up, may cause duplication and a conflict.
ShowMgr has added two new features/options to the Order Class:
- Include in Conflict Alerts which shows if someone or something is double-booked as itremoves Order Classes from the conflict alerts query
- Rollup Bookings to Parent Orders which keeps sub-order details from rolling up to the parent order level
